Effort...

How much effort is effort? Take some time to think about this question.

Is the amount of effort calculated by hours? If that is the case, does it mean that 10 hours of non-productive practicing will result in a successful performance? Does it mean that quantity is more important than quality?

On the other hand, with 2 hours of quality practicing, will it generate a good show? Does that mean that "do it one time and do it good" during practice will be enough?

Each and every amount of effort is very important. The hours of QUALITY practicing is important for a good show. The CONSTANT amount of effort is also essential to maintain a good performance in the future as a good foundation is the basic to any performing artiste's shows.

We at Royal Performing Group chooses to believe that the only way to a good performance is to have Quantity and Quality practice. We believe in giving our best during each and every practice, be productive and help each other along. We try our best, we never ask for anything more than to make sure we pass our very own personal benchmark and we treat anything else that comes our way as a BONUS, not something that we DESERVE.

That's what makes me proud to be part of the Royal Performing Family. We have stuck together and will always maintain that. We will brave through whatever pressure that comes our way together and we will fight to stand strong against all odds. We will do our very best in every battle.

Most importantly, we will put in EFFORT.

Peter Ng
